Winter TV Preview: Must-see new shows
CBS won the night, as its sitcoms all rose, with How I Met Your Mother (10.4 million, 3.8) and 2 Broke Girls (12.2 million, 4.1) both hitting season highs. Hawaii Five-0's "Choose Your Own Ending" episode (9.4 million, 2.4) was flat. Five-0 easily beat Castle (9.1 million, 1.9) and Deception (4.1 million, 1.6), which fell four-tenths from its premiere last week.Castle's and Deception's lead-ins, The Bachelor (7.4 million, 2.4) and The Biggest Loser (6.2 million, 2.4) were up and steady, respectively.On Fox, Bones' two episodes averaged 8 million viewers and a 2.1, up from its last new episode.8 p.m.
