CBS has renewed a whopping 14 of its shows for the 2013-2014 season, the network announced on Wednesday.
In addition to the previously renewed NCIS and CSI, the network will bring back dramas NCIS: LA, Elementary, Person of Interest, Hawaii Five-0, The Mentalist, Blue Bloods, The Good Wife .

Dancing with the Stars' Season 16 premiere topped Monday, leading ABC to an easy win.
The two-hour episode drew 16.8 million viewers and a 3.1 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic. It's down four-tenths from last spring's opener, but up 24 percent over the fall's low-rated All-Stars premiere. The show delivered ABC's biggest audience and second-highest rating in the time period since April, according to the network.

The last two episodes of How I Met Your Mother's eighth season may be titled "Something Old" (airing May 6 and featuring the return of Robin's dad, played by Ray Wise) and "Something New" (May 13), but don't assume that means we'll finally see the long-anticipated nuptials of Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) and Robin (Cobie Smulders). "I don't want to necessarily promise the wedding," executive producer Carter Bays says. "It's more complex than that."
