Daniella Alonso won't be away from NBC for long!

The Revolutionstar, whose character was killed off in the Season 1 finale, has landed a series regular gig on NBC's new medical drama Night Shift, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

How to fix Revolution in five easy steps

In the series, a motley crew of rogue ex-Army surgeons bring humor and rock-n-roll energy to the night shift at a chaotic trauma center in San Antonio, Texas. Alonso will play Dr. Landry Miller, a fun-loving Texan who is the lone psychiatrist on the weekend night shift.

Written and executive-produced by 90210 scribes Gabe Sachs and Jeff Judah, the series also stars Freddy Rodriguez (Six Feet Under), Jeananne Goossen, Brendan Fehr, Brigid Brannagh, Jill Flint (Royal Pains), Ken Leung (Lost), Robert Bailey, Jr. and J.R. Lemon.

Night Shift does not yet have a premiere date.
