On April 16, the 47-year-old actor was charged with disturbing the peace and domestic abuse after getting into a fight with his wife, Alice Kim. He was booked into Orleans Parish Prison and released later that day.
"We are pleased that the process led to the correct result, despite inaccurate media reports, and that Nick has been cleared and all charges have been dropped," Rosenberg added.
