Exclusive New Girl Video: Will Coach's Return Cause Trouble for Nick and Jess?

Coach is back on New Girl! But not everyone's happy about it.

On Tuesday's episode (9/8c, Fox), the return of Schmidt (Max Greenfield) and Nick's (Jake Johnson) old roommate brings out some of the guys' old habits before they lived with Jess (Zooey Deschanel). So when Coach (Damon Wayans Jr.) suggests the guys all go out to a strip club for old time's sake, Jess is not exactly pleased.

"It was important for us to demonstrate that Nick going back in time was going to have a ramification with his relationship," executive producer Brett Baer, who co-wrote the episode, says in this exclusive behind-the-scenes video. "Nick is literally between Coach and Jess and trying to play cool single guy."
