Murphy Brown Cast to Reunite on Katie

The cast of Murphy Brown will reunite on Katie to celebrate the sitcom's 25th anniversary.

Star Candice Bergen will be joined by co-stars Faith Ford, Charles Kimbrough, Joe Regalbuto and Grant Shaud on Thursday's episode of the daytime talk show. Also featuring series creator and executive producer Diane English, the cast will share behind-the-scenes stories from the CBS comedy, which ran from 1988 to 1998.

Which other shows should reunite?

English tried to revive the series as recently as last year, when she expressed hope about resurrecting Bergen's role as a tough-talking journalist in time for the 2012 election. "We're having a little conversation with CBS about a few episodes, and I think it's possible," English said at the time.
