Mike & Molly Showrunner Steps Down for Season 4

Mike & Molly will be back for a fourth season, but its showrunner won't.

Creator Mike Roberts is stepping down as showrunner for the CBS comedy after three seasons, Deadlinereports.

Chuck Lorre will remain executive producer, and co-executive producer Alan J. Higgins ('Til Death, Malcolm in the Middle) will replace Roberts.

Mike & Molly will return as a midseason show on CBS' fall schedule, it was announced last week.
