A controversial new single by Michael Jackson is streaming online.

"Breaking News," the first single from the posthumous album Michael (available Dec. 14), will stream on michaeljackson.com for one week.

The song was recorded in 2007, according to a statement on the website. "Unbeknownst to many fans around the world, Michael Jackson was writing and recording songs continuously everywhere, from a friend's home in New Jersey to studios in Las Vegas and Los Angeles with a small group of handpicked collaborators."

Jackson's parents Katherine and Joe and the late singer's three children — Prince, 13; Paris, 12; and Blanket, 8; — appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show Monday in a pre-taped interview.
