Lifetime has greenlit a TV-movie based on the true-crime novel Murder in Sin City, which chronicles the mysterious 1998 death of a wealthy casino heir.Per the Reporter, Sex & Lies in Sin City will star Matthew Modine as Ted Binion, who was found dead in his Vegas home by his stripper squeeze (played by Mena Suvari).
