In a segment from Fox News' America Live, anchor Megyn Kelly got a big case of the freaked-out giggles on Thursday's show when she was taken aback by the new animation used to promote the news alert. "It scared me a little bit," Kelly said before trying to put on her best straight face. However, Kelly couldn't help but ask her guest, Fox News editor Chris Stirewalt, if the alert scared him too. "I was a little frightened," he admitted before Kelly started nervously laughing again and put her hands up to her face.
