The retirement of US Supreme Court Justice David Souter created President Barack Obama's first opportunity to appoint someone to the high court and, as I show in this video, it apparently also created an opportunity to slam potential nominees for Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly and her guest Jay Sekulow, chief counsel at the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ).
