"Things have changed," Virginia Johnson (Lizzy Caplan) says in the new Season 2 trailer for Masters of Sex -- and boy, she isn't kidding.
In the revealing — and we're not just talking about skin — new promo released Friday, things between Virginia and her ex-boss William Masters (Michael Sheen) are heating up personally, and it's not just for the sake of their controversial sex study. "What we have between us is so much more than [an affair]," she tells him.
However, just as the two are starting to show their true feelings for one another, their professional partnership will be tested when a new backer fails to see Virginia's worth.
Suffice it to say, when a notorious philanderer like Dr. Langham (Teddy Sears) is doling out marriage advice, something is very, very wrong.
