Actress and comedian Margaret Cho and her husband, artist Al Ridenour, have split after nearly 12 years of marriage, Us Weekly reports.
The couple has been in an open relationship since they wed in June 2003. Cho, who most recently starred on Drop Dead Diva, has spoken publicly in the past about her bisexuality as well as her marriage.

"I think when you have an open relationship, you have to have boundaries, but ultimately, you want emotional monogamy with somebody no matter what," she said on Oprah: Where Are They Now? in January. "I don't really think about it more than that. It's just family."
Cho, 46, will next co-host TLC's new late-night talk show All About Sex , which premieres early next year.
