Khloe Kardashian Found Out About Caitlyn Jenner's Transition on Camera

Khloe Kardashian has always been very open about her struggle coming to terms with Caitlyn Jenner's transition. As she reveals on Monday'sEllen DeGeneres Show, a big part of that is the fact Kardashian found out about it while filming Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

"I had a hard time because I found out on camera," she explains to Ellen DeGeneres. "We kept asking Bruce what's going on, we're hearing all these rumors and he kept telling us one thing, but really he knew he was transitioning and wouldn't be honest with us. So, we felt like we were the last to know, so that was hard for us. Especially me."

Kardashian insists she's now fully accepted Jenner, but she says that she's had to go through the process of mourning Bruce. "Now I'm fully OK with it but I think the biggest part for me was understanding that Bruce is totally separate than Caitlyn," she said. "He liked to tell us, 'I'm always going to be Bruce. I'll always be your dad,'' and I think he meant that. I don't think Bruce knew fully that when he would be Caitlyn... I mean no one knows what will happen, we're all doing this for the first time. I'm sure he probably hoped maybe glimmers of Bruce can be there."
