Kardashian Siblings Suing Ex-Step-Mom

The Kardashian kids are suing their ex-step-mother for keeping some of their father's belongings, omg! reports.

Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and Rob Kardashian have filed a lawsuit against Ellen Pearson, who wed their dad Robert Kardashian two months before his death in 2003. They claim that she kept personal items, including Robert's diary, photo albums and a family photograph, which she licensed out for use by Bauer Publishing, the owner of celebrity gossip magazines In Touch and Life & Style.

"The Kardashians and Kris Jenner have filed a suit against Ellen Pearson for taking personal property belonging to them by virtue of Robert Kardashian's will and by virtue of copyright protection," their attorney Marty Singer tells the site. "Today's filing should serve as notice that they will vigorously defend their rights when forced to do so."

According to Robert's will, the children should have been given his personal possessions.
