He's not just an Avenger anymore — now he's a dad too!

Oscar nominee and action movie star Jeremy Renner welcomed a baby girl with his ex-girlfriend, Sonni Pacheco, Us Weekly reports.

Ava Berlin Renner was born Thursday, weighing in at 7 pounds. "They are beyond thrilled," Renner's spokesperson told the magazine. "Mother and daughter are doing great."

Reports that fatherhood was in Renner's future first hit the web shortly after the Golden Globe Awards in January, but the actor had not previously confirmed them.

Renner, 42, most recently starred in Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters and is currently shooting David O. Russell's new film.
