ABC's Grand Hotel isn't just helmed by Eva Longoria as an executive producer! She's also going to guest-star in tonight's episode as Alicia's (Denyse Tontz) dearly departed mother, Beatriz Mendoza. In this exclusive sneak peek at the episode, you'll get a good look at Alicia and Beatriz's mother-daughter dynamic in a flashback to when Alicia was little.

The memory crops up after Gigi (Roselyn Sanchez) tightens the reins on Alicia in where the management of the hotel is concerned, reminding her of a time when her mother promised they'd run things as partners when Alicia grew up. It's obvious even from this short clip why Alicia idolizes her mother -- and why she maybe wouldn't appreciate Gigi pulling rank with her on company spending.
