Parenthood's Jason Ritter has signed on to guest-star on Season 4 of the HBO comedy, reports TV Line. The actor will appear in Episode 6 as a mysterious new character named Scott.
Community's Gillian Jacobs graduates to Girls recurring role
Ritter played Mark Cyr—a fan-favorite character and one-time love interest for Lauren Graham's Sarah Braverman—for several seasons of NBC's Parenthood before returning in April to wrap up his story line.
Girls returns with all-new episodes in 2015.
