Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love's daughter is trying to make sure Isaiah Silva gets nothing from her father's estate
Frances Bean Cobain, the 23-year-old daughter of Courtney Love and late Nirvana leader Kurt Cobain, has filed for divorce from her husband of less than two years, The Eeries lead singer Isaiah Silva, according to documents obtained by People.
According to the documents, Cobain is seeking to prevent Silva -- whom she married on June 29, 2014 -- from getting any money from her father's estate, which is valued at a whopping $450 million.

The filing requests that all premarital assets, including Cobain's inheritance, be awarded to her as separate property, though Cobain is reportedly open to paying Silva spousal support.
