Lifetime is already developing the sequel to Flowers in the Attic just two weeks after the TV movie's big premiere. However, not everyone from the original will be going along for the ride.

Stars Heather Graham and Ellen Burstyn have just closed deal to return as Corrine Dollanganger and Olivia Foxworth, respectively, Entertainment Weekly reports. Burstyn will appear in the sequel, Petals on the Wind, in a reduced capacity.

The best and worst TV reboots

Mad Men's Kiernan Shipka, Mason Dye, Ava Telek and Maxwell Kovach will not be reprising their roles as the Dollanganger kids. Three of the four parts will be recast for the sequel because it takes places a decade after the events of the first. Kovach's character Cory died in Flowers in the Attic.

Flowers in the Attic, an adaption of the controversial 1979 novel, debuted to 6.1 million viewers on Lifetime earlier this month.

Who should be cast in the sequel? Are you glad Graham and Burstyn are coming back?
