Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell Separating

Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell are separating after almost two years of marriage, Us Weekly reports.

"Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell have decided to separate," a rep told the magazine in a  statement. "They both love and respect one another and will of course remain committed to co-parenting their son. This is a mutual decision and the two remain close friends."

More shocking celebrity breakups

Bell, 28, and Wood, 26, first met when they played a couple in Green Day's music video "Wake Me Up When September Ends." (Watch the video here.) They began dating in 2005 and broke up a year later. They got back together in 2011 and married in October 2012. The couple welcomed their first child, a son, in July 2013.

This was the first marriage for both. Wood was previously engaged to Marilyn Manson.

Bell currently stars on AMC's Turn. Wood most recently appeared in the film Barefoot.
