The votes are in, we now know which shows and actors comprise the best of the best on television (at least according to the TV Academy).

At Sunday's 68th Primetime Emmy Awards, shows including Veep, Game of Thrones and The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story took home some of the top prizes, with stars from Transparent, Orphan Black and Bloodline also going home with gold.

So, if you're feeling like you need to get with the program(s) and catch up on the night's big winners, here's how to do it:

Check out our complete Emmys coverage here

Show: Game of Thrones

Game of Thrones set a new Emmys record Sunday night, beating Frasier to officially become the Emmy-winningest series of all time. Now's a perfect time to catch up, with the show on an extended hiatus before it will return for Season 7 sometime next year.
Emmy Wins: 12, including Outstanding Drama Series

How to Watch: HBO Go, HBO On Demand, iTunes, Amazon

Show: Veep

Need a break from real-life politics? Selina Meyer's incompetence on Veep may feel depressingly familiar, but at least you can laugh at the fact that she's a fictional politician. Catch up on the show that's now a back-to-back Outstanding Comedy Series winner before it returns for a sixth season in 2017.

Emmy Wins: 3, including Outstanding Comedy Series and Lead Actress in a Comedy (Julia Louis-Dreyfus)

How to Watch: HBO Go, HBO On Demand, iTunes, Amazon

Show: Mr. Robot

There's no better time to get on board with Mr. Robot, USA's first Emmy winner, which will air its Season 2 finale on Wednesday.

Emmy Wins: 2, including Lead Actor in a Drama (Rami Malek)

How to Watch: Amazon, iTunes

Show: Orphan Black

Tatiana Maslany's well-deserved Emmy win for playing approximately 397 characters on Orphan Black was a long time coming. The show's fifth season, which will premiere in 2017, will be its last -- so what are you waiting for?

Emmy Wins: 1 (Lead Actress in a Drama - Tatiana Maslany)

How to Watch: iTunes, Amazon

Show: Bloodline

It's possible Netflix is regretting canceling Bloodline after the show's Emmy win on Sunday. But the third season of the dark family drama, which will premiere next year, is scheduled to be its last.

Emmy Wins: 1 (Supporting Actor in a Drama - Ben Mendelsohn)

How to Watch: Netflix

Show: Downton Abbey

Downton Abbey fans bid a fond farewell to the Masterpiece series earlier this year, but that didn't stop Maggie Smith from winning her third Emmy for her portrayal of the Dowager Countess.

Emmy Wins: 1 (Supporting Actress in a Drama - Smith)

How to Watch: iTunes, Amazon

Show: Transparent

Jeffrey Tambor's second straight win for portraying the trans character Maura Pfefferman on Transparent came just days before Season 3 premieres on Amazon. All 10 episodes of the third season will be available on Friday, while Seasons 1 and 2 are available now.

Emmy Wins: 3, including Lead Actor in a Comedy (Tambor)

How to Watch: Amazon Prime

Louie Anderson, Baskets
Ben Cohen/FX

Show: Baskets

There's plenty of time to see what all the fuss is about over Louie Anderson's performance in Baskets. The show's sophomore season is scheduled to air sometime next year.

Emmy Wins: 1 (Supporting Actor in a Comedy - Louie Anderson)

How to Watch: iTunes, Amazon

Show: The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story

Revisit the Trial of the Century with Ryan Murphy's 10-episode limited series, which aired earlier this year on FX. Season 2 of American Crime Story will feature entirely new characters and will focus on Hurricane Katrina.

Emmy Wins: 9, including Outstanding Limited Series, Lead Actress in a TV Movie/Limited Series (Sarah Paulson), Lead Actor in a TV Movie/Limited Series (Courtney B. Vance) and Supporting Actor in a TV Movie/Limited Series (Sterling K. Brown)

How to Watch: Amazon, iTunes

Show: Sherlock: The Abominable Bride

Season 4 of Sherlock won't premiere until 2017, but The Abominable Bride is an easily-digestible "special episode" of the British series starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman.

Emmy Wins: 2, including Outstanding TV Movie

How to Watch: Netflix

Show: American Crime

Like American Horror Story and American Crime Story, American Crime is an anthologized series which features several returning cast members, but follows different characters and plots. Its excellent second season, which aired earlier this year on ABC, focused on high school basketball players who were accused of assaulting one of their teammates. Season 3 will be set in North Carolina and will deal with labor issues.

Emmy Wins: 1 (Supporting Actress in a TV Movie/Limited Series - Regina King)
