Ellen DeGeneres is "devastated" by the recent suicide of a Rutgers University student who was outed on the Internet, and says that "something must be done" about teen bullying. In the video, DeGeneres names three other teens who committed suicide and chokes up as she says, "My heart is breaking for their families, for their friends and for our society that continues to let this happen. These kids needed us... We can't let intolerance and ignorance take another kid's life."
