Debbie Rowe is preparing to seek legal custody of Michael Jackson's three children, TMZreports. According to TMZ's sources, Rowe, who is the mother of Prince, 17, and Paris, 16, is concerned over the environment the children are living in, and that their guardian, Jackson's mother Katherine, is too old to be on-hands enough for the kids. She is particularly concerned about Paris, who attempted suicide last year, according to the site, and is afraid her daughter isn't getting the kind of treatment she needs to stay healthy and safe.

Rowe also allegedly worries about the influence Jackson's brothers are having on the children, especially Jermaine, who is set to appear on Celebrity Wife Swap. She also feels that co-guardian TJ Jackson is away too often on tour to be a proper guardian, TMZ says.
Rowe will reportedly file legal documents asking to have the children move in with her in Palmdale, Calif., soon and is not seeking money from the estate.
