CW Orders Rich Girls Pilot, FCC Makes Inquiry and More

Following the success of Gossip Girl, the CW has greenlit a pilot for another high-society-scrutinizing series, How to Teach Filthy Rich Girls. The series is based on the eponymous book from Zoey Dean.... The FCC has sent a formal inquiry to an Alabama TV station that went black for almost an entire 60 Minutes ep; the show investigated allegations of dirty politics in the state, Variety says.... Top Chef's fourth season, meanwhile, has a diverse array of new sponsors, according to Variety, including Clorox, Verizon, Toyota and Michelob (perfect for basting).
