Amick, perhaps best known for her roles in Twin Peaksand NBC's short-lived My Own Worst Enemy, will play a love interest for Mac Taylor (Gary Sinise). CBS isn't saying how Amick's character crosses paths with Mac or when her first episode will air.Mac's love life has been a bit nonexistent since Season 3, when he hooked up with medical examiner Peyton Driscoll (Claire Forlani).
