Chris Brown's probation has been revoked once again. On Thursday, a Los Angeles judge found that the singer had violated his probation by traveling without prior consent and was present at a nightclub shooting, TMZ reports.

Brown was performing at a club in San Jose on Sunday when a fight broke out, resulting in five people being shot and wounded. Brown posted a Vine of his reaction to the shooting on Instagram.

The singer was also present during another club shooting in August, in which several people were injured, including Suge Knight. While there is no evidence Brown was criminally involved in either shooting, his probation officer said that there is "concern that when he performs or attends at some of his public events, people will get shot or seriously injured."

Brown was not taken into custody, but the judge ordered further investigation into the matter. He is due back in court on March 20 when the judge will determine whether Brown "willfully" violated his probation, stemming from his 2009 abuse of Rihanna. If found guilty, the violation could result in prison time.

Brown had previously violated his probation after being kicked out of a rehab program because of rule violations, including making a threatening comment, failing to take a drug test and touching a woman in therapy. He has also been arrested twice while on probation, once for assault and once for throwing a rock at his mother's car while in rehab. In addition, Brown still has 200 more hours of community service to complete.
