Bosch Gets a Third Season at Amazon

Boschwill continue to solve crimes for Amazon Prime, Deadline reports. The streaming network announced just a month after the second season premiered that they are ordering more Bosch stories.

"Our customers can't get enough of Harry Bosch," said Morgan Wandell, head of drama Series at Amazon Studios. "Michael, Eric, Henrik, and Pieter Jan, as well as Titus and the entire cast and crew, have done a fantastic job with Season 2, and we can't wait to see what they have in store for next season."

Fall TV scorecard: Canceled or renewed?

The series focuses on the jazz-loving detective Harry Bosch (Titus Welliver), who is based on Michael Connolly's bestselling novels. There's no word on what books the 10-episode third season will be based on though. The first season weaved together stories from City of Bones, Echo Park, and The Concrete Blonde while the sophomore season combined Trunk Music, The Drop, and The Last Coyote.

Bosch's third season is expected to premiere next year.
