Netflix might be cleaning house with a whole host of cancellations lately, but they're not swinging the axe onBoJack Horseman! The streaming service announced Tuesday that its beloved adult animated comedy would return for Season 6 next year.

BoJack Horseman is the brain child of Raphael Bob-Waksberg, and it tells the whimsically tragic story of a horse struggling with depression and addiction. It's almost too real for a cartoon, but it's also an incredibly insightful dramedy that's kept us coming back for more for fives seasons now.

This news comes just over a month after BoJack Horseman's critically acclaimed fifth season dropped on Netflix on Sept. 14, and its one of many pickups for animated series this year. Paradise PD and Disenchantment both snagged renewals this month, and Netflix picked up two new adult animated series (Hoops and Tuca and Birdie) this year as well.
