In the final moment of last week's episode, Gabe (Sendhil Ramamurthy) learned that the DNA he needs from Vincent (Jay Ryan) will actually kill our hero in the process.

"Gabe is in a life or death situation to get Vincent's DNA to save himself," Ryan tells TVGuide.com. "To do this, he has to lure Vincent back in by capturing the closest thing to his heart, which is Catherine."
