Ashley Hebert Named the Next Bachelorette

Ashley Hebert will be the next Bachelorette.

On Monday night's Jimmy Kimmel Live, Kimmel made the announcement, and swore Hebert in to her new job by making her promise things such as to "use the word amazing eight to 40 times per show" and "not fall in love with a man who wears a Speedo."

Following the show's tradition of choosing a Bachelor finalist, Ashley H was rejected by Brad as he whittled down his choices to two women.

After her elimination, host Chris Harrison called the 26-year-old dental student the front-runner for the series' spin-off.

Hebert of tiny Madawaska, Maine, showed off her new darker hairdo and positive outlook on the Women Tell All. She told Harrison: "Brad primed me for what is yet to come."

The Bachelorette's Season 7 premieres Monday, May 23, at 9/8c on ABC.
