Carson Daly Apologizes for Homophobic Joke: "I'm Not That Guy"

Carson Daly issued an apology Wednesday after making what some deemed to be a homophobic joke on his Los Angeles radio morning show.

The current host of The Voice and ex-TRL emcee was discussing JetBlue pilot Clayton Osbon, who was charged with interfering with the crew after he had a breakdown on a recent flight out of New York. Several men on the flight — who happened to be on their way to a security industry conference in Las Vegas — had to wrestle the pilot to the cabin floor after he began screaming over the radio about religion and pounded aggressively on the locked door of the cockpit midflight.
