Premise: An odd mix of cops, including a transsexual and an Elvis impersonator, make up an L.A. precinct that serves as an outlet for law-enforcement misfits who can't cut it anywhere else. The pilot for the Stephen J. Cannell series got good numbers following Super Bowl XX, but the show was canceled within two months of its April premiere.
