A dead man's brain is implanted in a genetically enhanced body as an experiment by the government, which forbids him to contact his grieving family. Blending sci-fi and adventure (with some humor and romance thrown in), the series found a small but loyal audience, which was left hanging when the show was canceled after a cliff-hanging first-season finale.
