Surf's up! Actually, those coveted Teen Choice surfboards are up for grabs again tonight at the 11th annual awards gala, and the biggest buzz this year is for movies: Twilight leads the nominations pack with 12 and High School Musical 3: Senior Year weighs in with 10. Miley Cyrus and the series Gossip Girl also have 10 apiece, while this year's hosts, the Jonas Brothers, have nine. Incidentally, Cyrus and the Jonases perform, and the "Ultimate Choice Award" goes to...Britney Spears.
