One of last year's most infectious country singles, "Tim McGraw," came not from some already established Nashville star, but from 17-year-old high-school student Taylor Swift. Fox is fixin' to announce that its annual Billboard Music Awards will slip the word "Country" before "Music," relocate the kudosfest from Sin City to Nashville and reprioritize its accolades accordingly. The decision, says Variety, comes after the '06 Billboard show hit a sour note with its lowest ratings to date. A TV station in eastern China recently flouted a national ban on crime-related shows by airing excerpts of Prison Break on a children's channel, as part of a "Watch Movies, Learn English" initiative.
