Jennifer Roszell (Eleni, GL) has joined the cast of High Infidelity, a new political comedy starring soap veteran Morgan Fairchild (ex-Jennifer, Search for Tomorrow, ex-Sydney/Debbie, The City) and recording artist John Davidson. Roszell plays Nurse Jane McAlpin in the show, which chronicles a senator's bid for the presidency and the crumbling marriage that stands in his way. This is not the first time Roszell has graced the stage. She has appeared in numerous productions across the country, including the School for Wives and I'm Not Rappaport. Betty Sizemore, played by Zellweger, is an avid viewer of the soap opera Reason to Love and the biggest fan of the show's leading man, Dr. David Ravell (Greg Kinnear). While watching an episode of the show, Betty simultaneously witnesses her husband's demise at the hands of two shady businessmen. Traumatized by the turn of events, Betty enters a dream state and becomes Nurse Betty and heads to Los Angeles to rekindle a relationship with the soap's Dr. Ravell, who she believes she left at the alter years before, followed by the hitmen who are determined to close their deal.
