Carly recast bombshell comes word that
Kari Wuhrer is fired, too! Reliable rumor has it that she was pink-slipped from her role as FBI agent Reese Marshall after only eight months on the job. While both the show and the actress' rep refuse to comment, the webmaster of Wuhrer's official fan site confirmed her exit with this posting: "I just want to let you all know that Kari's time with
General Hospital is coming to an end shortly. I know you'll miss seeing her on
GH every day."
It is unclear whether Wuhrer's real-life pregnancy factored into her checking out of GH, but she has previously said the show wasn't interested in writing her impending motherhood into Reese's story line. Word is that Reese will soon "go out with a bang," which would make sense since she is currently embroiled in Sonny's bloody turf war with a rival mob family.
