Cady McClain
As the World Turns' Rosanna will really make her presence known this week when she resurfaces in Oakdale, raising a few eyebrows and wrinkling a few people's plans along the way.
Daytime vet Cady McClain — who frankly has not aged a day since I first interviewed her [coughcough] years ago — came by the TVGuide.com offices to talk up her CBS soap heroine's can't-miss homecoming.
Among the topics covered in this video Q&A:
• Who in Oakdale will be most happy to see Rosanna? And who will be rather "irked" by her return?
• Why Rosanna's dynamic with a certain Oakdale hunk is "like wrestling a big, fat seal!"
• What is Ro's take on the Carly-Craig romance? "She's like, 'Oh, no, wrong guy! Been there, done that, don't do it!'"
• For McClain, what has been "the most interesting thing" about reprising the role of Rosanna?

And it's well-deserved, too, since the location was blown to bits last month as the casualty of a plot twist. GH production designer Chip Dox offered TVGuide.com an inside look at how and why the hospital's nerve center got a much-needed redo. Check out photos here.
TVGuide.com: Which came first — the decision to have an explosion in the hospital or the idea to update the nurses' hub?
Chip Dox: They came pretty much on top of each other. For [the GH spin-off] Night Shift, we built a new hub, with the idea that ...
