A two-part adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson's “Kidnapped” begins as young Scotsman Davie Balfour (James Anthony Pearson) is sold into slavery by his uncle to a ship captain bound for the Indies. Sweeping in to save him: swashbuckling Alan Breck (Iain Glen), and their adventures in service to the Jacobite “new revolution” begin with the two on the run from the British in the Scottish highlands.
