Zsa Zsa Gabor has returned home from the hospital, one week after her right leg was amputated, her husband told CNN.

The 93-year-old actress healed quickly after the amputation, her husband, Prince Frederic Von Anhalt said.

Zsa Zsa Gabor's leg amputated

John Blanchette, her publicist, told The Associated Press said doctors at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center were pleased with her recovery.

Gabor was hospitalized in November for a swollen leg. Although, paramedics initially believed Gabor had a blood clot, a doctor later determined she had an infection.

She has been largely confined to a wheelchair since a 2002 car accident. She underwent hip replacement surgery in July after she fell in her home.
