HBO has given a pilot order for a comedy series (formerly known as P.E.) to be executive-produced by feature funnyman Will Ferrell and his production partner Adam McKay, and concerning a Major League hurler who returns to his small Southern hometown to work as a gym teacher — and a substitute one at that.... E! has set a July premiere for Chelsea Lady, a late-night talker fronted by comedienne Chelsea Handler.... On April 18 at 8 pm/ET, Speed TV debuts Setup, where up-and-coming drivers race identically outfitted Pontiac Solstice GXPs for a chance at $100,000.
