Exclusive: Will Forte Goes Full Castaway in This The Last Man on Earth Sneak Peek

Forget Wilson. Will Forte has a whole gang of ball buddies in his new Fox comedy The Last Man on Earth.

In this exclusive sneak peek, Phil (Forte), the seemingly lone survivor of the apocalypse, tries to share a drink with all of his new "friends." And while the idea of a man who only hangs out with spherical toys might seem sad, watching Forte list off all of their names is nothing but a joy.

Phil's Castaway turn isn't too surprising. Wouldn't you want to distract yourself from the overbearing loneliness of being the last man on Earth?

"He was not successful in really any part of his life. He never got married, really didn't know what he wanted to do career-wise. It seemed like he was stuck in a rut," Forte says in this exclusive featurette. "So he has no idea why he's then chosen to be this last person on Earth."

"He's trying to figure out what to do, why he is still there when everybody else is not. There's a lot of stuff to think about but the good news is there's a lot of stuff to think about," Forte continues.
