Westworld, Into the Badlands and more!
Spending the weekend indoors and not sure what to watch? TV Guide's Editor-in-Chief Mickey O'Connor has a few suggestions. Here's what you should stream this weekend.
1. I am Evidence
Executive produced by Mariska Hargitay, this harrowing documentary examines the staggering backlog of untested rape kits which have enabled perpetrators to continue assaulting women. The doc will explore the varying standards across different cities and a discrepancy in the amount of attention paid to women of different racial and socioeconomic backgrounds. It premiered Monday, April 16 on HBO but you can stream it over the weekend on the network's app, HBO Go.
Reality stars from shows like The Bachelorette and Vanderpump Rules and social media influencers are taken to an exotic getaway in paradise for what they think is a reality dating show. However, they'll be blindsided by their exes and cameras will be there to catch all the drama. Catch it when it premieres Thursday, 19 at 9/8c on MTV. But if you can't watch live, you can also stream the show on the network's website.
3.Dope
Get caught up on this post-apocalyptic series which blends kung fu with Civil War Reconstruction, steampunk and mysticism. The first two seasons are available to stream on Hulu and Netflix. Season 3 will see Sunny (Daniel Wu) return to the Badlands which has been devastated by a war between the Widow (Emily Beecham) and Baron Chau (Eleanor Matsuura). Plus, old enemies are forced to team up to defend the region against a strange newcomer who looks to restore Azra. Catch the new season Sunday, April 22 at 10/9c on AMC or stream it on the network's app.
7. Westworld
