Exclusive First Look: The Voice's Elite 8 Rise Against a "Purrfect" Evil

Who needs superhero powers when you have superhero vocal ability?

In this new preview for The Voice's live semi-finals (Monday at 8/7c on NBC), the Elite 8 take a page from the trailers for upcoming summer blockbusters like The Avengers, and take to the streets to sing for their lives and rise against — as the ad states — a "purrfect" evil.

"Get ready for action... and more action," the ad teases, as the final eight contestants are seen showing the camera their best death glares.  Who knew Jermaine Paul and Lindsey Pavao could look so intimidating?
