And peep Quicksilver
Tony Stark is well known for creating some pretty nifty things: missile-defense programs, a high-tech lab, and suits of armor that can fly. But one of his creations should have been scrapped before completion, because it might be what kills us all. Thanks a lot, Iron Man.
In the new and final trailer for Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron, Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) essentially says, "Oopsie," when his artificially intelligent robot toy Ultron (voiced by James Spader) goes on the warpath against humanity. Stark's alter ego Iron Man and his friends, including Thor, the Hulk, Hawkeye, Captain America, and the Black Widow, take up arms against Ultron's army of marauding robots, and voila! A summer blockbuster is made.
Age of Ultron, directed by Joss Whedon, is the follow-up to the blockbuster film Marvel's The Avengers and is primed to be this summer's box-office champ after it's released on May 1. But that's enough words from me, watch the trailer! And keep an eye out for supervillain Quicksilver smacking Captain America in the face in slow motion.
