Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield has created a somewhat literal interpretation of David Bowie's classic song "Space Oddity," filming a video of himself performing the tune in ... well, space. He posted the video, filmed in the International Space Center, on YouTube Sunday.

Hadfield is the commander of international space crew Expedition 35, which is scheduled to return to Earth Monday.

"With deference to the genius of David Bowie, here's Space Oddity, recorded on Station," Hadfield tweeted. "A last glimpse of the World."
