VIDEO: Bruce Jenner Discusses "Emotional Roller Coaster" with Diane Sawyer

In the latest promo for Bruce Jenner's interview with Diane Sawyer, which airs Friday night on 20/20, the former Olympian refers to his reported transitioning as an "emotional roller coaster."

"But somehow I'm going to get through it," Jenner tells Sawyer.

News reports earlier this week indicated that Jenner had been seen wearing a striped dress outside his home in Malibu, and also riding a motorcycle while wearing a sports bra. Amid reports that the dress photos had been illegally obtained by paparazzi using telephoto lenses, the original New York Daily News article was taken down.

As Jenner gears up for the interview with Sawyer to air (and, presumably, for details of Jenner's transition to go public), the ex-husband of Kris Jenner tells Sawyer that his children are "the only ones I'm concerned with. I can't let myself hurt them."

Adds Jenner: "I want to know how this story ends. How does my story end?"
