Vanilla Ice Arrested for Home Burglary, and Yes, There's an Ironic Twist

Former rapper and professional jet skier Vanilla Ice, real name Robert Van Winkle (haha), was arrested in Florida on charges of home burglary, Variety reports. Ice was taken into police custody on Wednesday in connection with an incident that occurred within the past month.

And get this: Ice stole property from a home located nearby to the current filming location of his home-renovation reality series The Vanilla Ice Project, which airs on the DIY Network. If that's his idea of renovation, we'll pass.

Authorities say Ice entered the vacant property and took furniture, a pool heater, bicycles and other items, some of which were found in Ice's Palm Beach County home. The stolen goods have since been returned to their rightful owner.
