I have to admit, I wasn't thrilled by the whole boxing conceit going in, but man, it packed a huge emotional punch — even by Battlestar's lofty standards. That final scene in which Starbuck and Apollo — all bloodied and sweat-soaked — whispered to each other their true feelings was a thing of beauty. The word "genius" gets thrown around way too much in this column business, but that, my friends, was genius. You know what else is genius?
